Tonight we grilled filet mignon and steamed some fresh artichokes. This is one of our favorite meals and a real treat. Over the past few years we have cut back drastically on our red meat consumption so when we do eat it we splurge on a good cut. It’s always well worth the wait. We had our artichokes with a lemon garlic butter sauce that just can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be taking my extra butter consumption into consideration tomorrow when I hit the elliptical! 🙂
